Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to every package purchased on releasepilot.site. Each package unlocks a number of app credits: credits are added after successful payment and are consumed when you add an app to start a 12 testers × 14 days cycle. This policy is part of our Terms of Service and consistent with the Service Commitment page.

2. Full refund before use

If you change your mind and your credits are unused (no app added, no testing cycle started), you get a 100% refund within 7 days of payment. After 7 days with credits still unused, we still review refunds case by case, but a payment-gateway processing fee may be deducted.

3. Refund when the fault is ours

For a cycle already started: if our pool fails to keep 12 opted-in testers for 14 continuous days due to our fault, you may choose a free full re-run or a pro-rata refund of the unfulfilled portion. This is the promise on our Service Commitment page. Replacing a tester who drops out is always free and is not itself grounds for a refund.

4. What is non-refundable

  • Google declining production access for reasons outside our control (app quality, policy violations, account history/issues…). We coordinate real testers; we do not decide on Google's behalf.
  • A cycle that completed the full 12 testers × 14 days as promised.
  • Losses caused by you misconfiguring the closed testing track, adding the wrong tester emails, or not sharing the opt-in link in time.
  • Refund requests arising from a breach of our Terms of Service.

5. How to request a refund

Send your request with your order code and reason to info@releasepilot.site or via our Contact page. We reply within 2 business days and confirm how it will be handled.

6. Processing time and method

Once approved, funds are returned to your original payment method: bank transfer/VietQR (SePay) or international card. Our processing takes up to 7 business days; for international cards, your issuing bank may need a few more days for the money to reach your account.
